Sofitel Brussels Europe
We were invited to be part of the design team when Russell Sage were commissioned to re-vamp the bar and restaurant and update the reception and entrance Lobby into the process
We responded to the challenge of lighting a botanical mural in the triple height lobby atrium by installing linear inground uplighting combined with high level spotlights fitted with a cool blue filter to enhance the sky tones of the artwork.
Although the hotel was built in 2006 there was no lighting control system, so we introduced the KNX system to create the right mood for guests at all times of day and night.
